Commands:
/pe player Allows you to choose what player uses what effects.
/pe bow Adds bow effects to player.
/pe kill Adds kill effects to player which apply to all entity.
/pe block Adds block place/dig effects to player.
/pe clear Clears effects from a certain player.
Customize:
- In config file, you can change the effects lasting times
- You can choose the effect lasting time for block and kill
- Manage all player effects by udid
