NoPhantomAttack
Plugin makes phantoms passive, not completely removing, but preventing them from damaging you, thus providing a more enjoyable gaming experience.

we don't remove them completely from the game because we still need them, we can continue to repair our elytras thanks to phantom membrains, but we prevent them from attacking us.
The plugin works automatically, it does not need any extra command.
