A plugin that shows the Health of a entity upon damage or healing. Free Minecraft Java mod for 26.2.

A lightweight Paper plugin that displays the health of any entity above their head whenever they take damage or regenerate health.

Features

Floating health display - shows current and max health above the mob's head upon damage or healing
Color-coded health bar - green above 50%, yellow above 25%, red below 25%
Auto-disappearing - the display fades away after 3 seconds automatically
Zero configuration - drop the jar in and it works, no setup required
Useful config - you can change almost everything without any issues

Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.x and 26.2 Requires Paper (or any Paper fork)

Notes

Health displays are not shown for players(changable in config), only mobs and entities
