HorsePortPlugin

HorsePortPlugin is a lightweight Paper plugin that automatically teleports a player's tamed horse alongside them when they use common teleport commands.

Many servers allow players to travel using commands such as /home, /rtp, and other plugin-based teleports. Unfortunately, horses are often left behind when these teleports occur. HorsePortPlugin solves this problem by ensuring a player's owned horse is moved to the same destination, allowing riders and their mounts to stay together.

Installation
