This plugin lets you configure minecart speed limits by placing different blocks under rails. Each block can assign its own speed, and the minecart keeps that speed until another speed block changes it.

Этот плагин позволяет настраивать скорость вагонеток с помощью разных блоков под рельсами. Каждый блок может задавать свою скорость, и вагонетка сохраняет её, пока другой такой блок не изменит значение.
