- The player who placed the water can always pick it back up.
- Other players cannot pick up the source block for 60 seconds.
- Protection automatically expires after 60 seconds.
- Lightweight and memory-efficient.
During the protection period:
- ✅ The owner may pick the water back up immediately.
- ❌ Other players cannot pick it up with a bucket.
After 60 seconds:
- ✅ Anyone may pick up the water source.
