WGExtender X
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.
WGExtender X is a Paper plugin that extends WorldGuard's region system with additional protection, claim controls, flags, and admin tooling. A fork, updated for modern Paper versions.
Head to the wiki pages for more info.
For the per-group functionality to work correctly with LuckPerms, you may need to set the
vault-group-use-displaynamesparameter in its config tofalse.
Region Protection
- Blocks liquids (lava, water, or other) from flowing across region boundaries
- Prevents fire from spreading into a region from outside, and/or spreading within a region
- Prevents blocks inside a region from burning
- Prevents explosions from damaging blocks or entities inside regions - with optional source detection for creepers (by target) and TNT (by primer)
Claim Enhancements
- Auto-expands the WorldEdit selection to full vertical height before claiming
- Enforces per-group maximum block limits on region size
- Enforces configurable minimum size limits: volume, horizontal, and vertical
- Applies WorldGuard flags automatically on every new claim
Command Restrictions
- Blocks non-members from running a configurable list of commands inside regions they don't own; command aliases are resolved and re-checked on a configurable tick interval
Extended WorldEdit Wand
- A special wand item (same material as the WE wand) that can't be dropped, doesn't appear in death drops, and can't deal damage - acts as a safe selection tool
