Ember Death Totems turns every player death into an immersive tombstone recovery moment. Instead of items exploding across the ground, a glowing ember-powered gravestone rises at the death location — complete with holograms, a boss-bar tracker, recovery timers, and Vault-backed remote restore.

Players can: Walk back to their totem and reclaim items for free Use /restore remotely with optional Vault economy pricing Track their totem with a live boss bar (distance, direction, time) Recover full inventory, armor, XP, and NBT data — even after restarts

Burn-away timer If the recovery timer expires before the player returns, the totem burns away permanently and the inventory is lost — a clean, cinematic alternative to vanilla death drops. Features Everything you need to replace vanilla death drops with a cinematic recovery system.

⚰️ Death Totem System A tombstone spawns exactly where the player died. Each totem displays: Player name Death coordinates Remaining recovery time Animated ember and fire effects

Boss Bar Tracker Players receive a live boss bar pointing them back to their totem: Distance to the totem Compass direction (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW) Time remaining before expiration Can be toggled on or off!

Remote Restore Players can recover their inventory from anywhere with /restore. Full Vault economy integration with configurable pricing — make remote recovery free, paid, or premium-only.

Protected Recovery Only the owner can interact with their totem by default. Optional admin bypass node included for staff support.

Persistent Storage Totems survive server restarts, crashes, and reloads. All inventory and XP data is safely serialized to disk.

Requirements Built for modern Paper-family servers.
