DeathScatter
DeathScatter is a lightweight and high-performance Paper plugin that gives you full control over how items behave when a player dies. Whether you want items to burst out in a wide radius or stack perfectly on a single pixel, DeathScatter has you covered.
Features
- ✅ Custom Scatter Radius: Configure exactly how far items spread (0 to 50 blocks).
- ✅ Anti-Scatter Mode (Radius 0): Unlike Vanilla Minecraft, setting the radius to 0 forces all items to stack perfectly on one spot with zero velocity.
- ✅ High Performance: Optimized to only trigger on death with minimal overhead.
- ✅ Safety Limit: Built-in cap of 50 blocks to prevent lag or accidental chunk loading issues.
- ✅ Live Reloading: Change settings on the fly with
/deathscatter reload. - ✅ Global Support: Works seamlessly across all worlds.
Configuration
# The radius in blocks within which items will be scattered.
# 0 = Anti-Scatter (perfectly stacked items)
# 1 = Standard spread
# Max: 50.0
scatter-radius: 1.0
