BrewLimiter is a lightweight Minecraft server plugin that lets administrators control how much brewing power Blaze Powder provides.

BrewLimiter lets you change how much fuel a single Blaze Powder gives in brewing stands.
By default, Minecraft gives 20 brewing operations per Blaze Powder. With BrewLimiter, you can lower that value anywhere from 20 down to 0, making potions easier to balance on survival, economy, SMP, and progression-based servers.

Set fuel-power to 20 for vanilla behavior, or 0 if you want Blaze Powder to stop being accepted as brewing fuel.
