Adds a convenient and completely vanilla mechanic for obtaining player heads for decoration and construction in Minecraft

Usage
Admin commands
/vanillaheads reload— reload the config/vanillaheads on— enable the plugin/vanillaheads off— disable the plugin
Player command
/vh <player|base64|texture_url|texture_hash> - updates the player head currently held in the main hand.

You can fully change the recipe in the config or disable it completely.
Anvil support
If enabled, heads can be renamed through an anvil.
