Well now you can know! LagLog is a one-command tool that gives information about why your server could be lagging, such as the most entity-dense chunk per world, or chunk/entity counts. Also alerts you if your server TPS is under 15, so it's recommended to use this when you get an alert.
How to use LagLog
You can either use LagLog from the server console or by either being an operator or getting the permission. Just use /lag and you will see the information listed below, it should look something like this:

- How to install: Install the matching mod loader (Forge, Fabric or NeoForge) for your Minecraft version. → Download the .jar. → Put it in the .minecraft/mods folder and launch that loader profile.
