Why Use This
There exists other plugins that do the same thing. However, they fetch the data from the player profile directly. There is a chance that this value could be reset or messed up (as happened to my own server). Since our server has been around for a while, potential data loss like that is unacceptable.
This plugin keeps track of the time itself to make sure it's safe.

/jointime <username>- Shows the date that player joined.

SimpleJoinTime.use- Allows use of the /jointime command.
