INSUtils is a lightweight utility dependency plugin required by some plugins. It provides shared configuration handling, localization, and consistent logging so dependent plugins run cleaner and more reliably. It does not add gameplay features by itself—just keep it installed in your /plugins folder alongside plugins that depend on it, and update it when you update those plugins.
