I based my "Magic Abilities" plugin development on Pullolo's source code to improve upon it.

A diverse magic system based on fundamental principles: Possessing a range of new active and passive skills, along with improved versions of existing skills.

Updates to Pullolo's "Magic Abilities" plugin:

Added new powers
Reworked old power sources.
Added a random power-up mechanism
You can turn power on or off using the command: /power set on/off
Turn the aura on/off /powersetaura <on/off>
Use "Shift+F" to quickly and conveniently toggle the power.
If you encounter any problems, please report them. Thank you.
We can create special versions for SMP if you need them.
