⭐ NuLLStar - Initial Release

NuLLStar is a lightweight, fully configurable join-effects plugin for Paper / Purpur 1.21.10. Players pick a particle, firework or combo effect from a clean two-level GUI, and it plays the moment they join your server. Every effect has its own permission, so it's perfect for ranks, crates, store perks and donor tiers.

Built for performance, packed with 30 ready-to-use effects, and with ZERO hard-coded text — translate or restyle absolutely everything.

The main command is always /nstar. Add extra aliases (e.g. /joineffects, /je) in config.yml.

Permissions

• nstar.use (default: everyone) — open the menu and pick effects
• nstar.admin (default: op) — reload & admin commands
• nstar.delaybypass (default: op) — skip the change cooldown
• nstar.effect.<id> (default: false) — unlock a single effect
• nstar.category.basic (default: false) — unlock the whole Basic tier
• nstar.category.special (default: false) — unlock the whole Special tier
• nstar.category.administrative (default: false) — unlock the whole Administrative tier

⚙️ Configuration

• config.yml — language (EN/PL), command aliases, storage (SQLite/MySQL), play delay, change cooldown, join-messages module, update checker.
• effects.yml — every effect with full documentation and examples for each type and shape.
• messages_en.yml / messages_pl.yml — all text and the entire GUI layout (titles, slots, lore, borders, custom heads).
