Dead Body transforms Minecraft death into a persistent, physical gameplay event.
Instead of items scattering across the ground, players and mobs leave behind fully lootable corpses — complete with poses, models, nameplates, animations, and powerful in-game configuration tools.
Designed specifically for modern Paper / Spigot 1.21+ servers with performance, reliability, and immersion in mind.
- Lootable Corpses — Items are captured at the moment of death and securely stored inside a corpse container at the death location.
- Multiple Render Modes — Choose between ArmorStand mode, ItemDisplay entities with custom models, or full Player/Mob model rendering.
- In-Game GUI Editor — Configure corpse behavior, visuals, permissions, and rules entirely in-game without editing YAML files.
- Pose Studio System — Create and preview custom corpse poses directly in the world using intuitive tools.
- Death Cause Mapping — Automatically apply different corpse poses depending on how the entity died (explosions, fall damage, drowning, etc).
- Animated Despawn Effects — Corpses can sink, spin, scale down, dissolve, jitter, or vanish using customizable animations.
- Mob Corpses — Vanilla mobs can also leave behind bodies, creating a more immersive world.

1) Player Corpses (ArmorStand Mode)
A fallen player leaves behind a physical body that stores their inventory and can be looted by others.
2) Player Corpses (Full Player Model Mode)
Full player models rendered on the ground with armor, held items, and custom poses applied.
3) Display Entity Corpses (Custom 3D Models)
Use resource-pack models to render fully custom corpse visuals using modern Display entities.
4) Mob Corpses (Vanilla)
Vanilla mobs — zombies, villagers, animals, bosses — can leave behind corpses when killed.
5) MythicMobs Integration
Whitelist or blacklist specific Mythic mobs to avoid conflicts with other death systems.
