️ rSpec — Advanced Admin Spectator with Discord Logs & Stealth Mode
Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share rSpec, a plugin I developed for seamless moderation on 1.16.5. My main focus was on reliability, stealth, and keeping it lightweight. If you're tired of being spotted in the Tab list while spectating, annoyed by gamemode resets when switching worlds, or afraid of accidentally leaking admin commands in chat — this is the solution for you.

Built with Java 17, the code is clean, efficient, and dependency-free.

✨ Key Features

• Absolute Stealth: Players without the rspec.visible permission cannot see you in the world or in the Tab list. Other staff members with the permission can still see you, which is great for team coordination.
• Smart Return: When you exit spectating mode, you are instantly teleported back to the exact location and world where you first typed /spec. Never lose your original position again.
• Command Blocker: All commands are blocked while you are in spectator mode (except for those on your whitelist). This prevents accidental spoilers in global chat or revealing your presence by using other admin commands.
• Multi-World Stability: Fixed the common bug where spectating resets when teleporting to a player in a different world. rSpec handles world changes perfectly, even with plugins like Multiverse.
• Discord Webhook: When you stop spectating a specific player, a clean Embed message is sent to your Discord. You can fully customize the color, title, and description.
• ️ Error Protection:
  • Prevents spectating yourself.
  • Prevents entering spectator mode if you are outside the WorldBorder.
  • Switch between targets on the fly (/spec Player2) without leaving the mode.
• HEX & Customization: Full support for HEX colors (&#RRGGBB) in all messages and a flexible date/time format.

Installation

1. Requires Java 17 and a Spigot/Paper 1.16.5 core.
2. Drop rSpec.jar into your plugins folder.
3. Restart your server.
4. Set up your config.yml and Discord Webhook URL.
5. Assign permissions to your staff.
