RealisticSizeMobs — this is a plugin that changes the size of mobs to a more realistic one, you can see a few examples in the before/after picture.All settings are made in the config, and there is also a convenient command for editing the size of the mob (holding its egg in your hand) without going into the config
Attention!!! I checked on version 1.21.1, but I hope it will work starting from 1.18+

RealisticSizeMobs collects anonymous server statistics through bStats, an open-source statistics service for Minecraft software.
If you'd like to disable metrics collection via bStats, you can edit the plugins/bStats/config.yml file.
