SeedBombs are seeds that when placed are placed in a radius of chosen block
Tested on Skript 2.11 and 2.14, no dependencies required
Usage
/sb <player> <text> <number> - gives a tool with level and uses left to target player
(/sb YourNick harvest_4 250)
(/sb YourNick starter_1 50)
/sbgui [<player>] - opens gui with all items for specified player

Tools:
Harvest Tool - breaks seeds but with higher drop rates
Farm Starter - makes a farm (9x9 / 27x27)
Config
- Durability, default uses, wait time after what action when making farms for /sbgui
- Harvesting Bonus
- Permission
- Prefix and Level (Prefix not used now)
Placement is calculated by radius around placed block except for Farm Starter which uses coordinates offset for building the farm
