Installation
- Download the plugin JAR file
- Place the .jar file in your server's plugins folder
- Start or restart your server
- Edit plugins/BlockBreakDisabler/config.yml
- Add the block names you want to disable
- Restart the server or reload the plugin

How It Works
- Plugin loads the list of disabled blocks from config.yml
- When a player tries to break a block, plugin checks if it's in the disabled list
- If the block is disabled and player doesn't have bypass permission:
- Block break is cancelled
- Player receives a custom warning message
- Warning sound is played
- Block break is cancelled
- Players with blockdisabler.bypass permission can break any block
