Opens gui, with confirm and decline buttons.
Also messages player when they send/recive money
CRITICAL BUG FOUND IN VERSION 1.1
it wasnt a dupe, it was a bug with the formatting and players couldnt
pay each other. Please downgrade your pay skript to version 1.0
