OreUpgrader gives you precise control over every ore drop a player receives, depending on the permission grade they hold. Define grades directly inside ore.yml (no Java editing required), assign each grade its permission (oreupgrader.ore.<grade>), and configure the number of raw items to drop for every ore material. The system automatically picks the highest-grade permission the player has, so you can layer grades in LuckPerms or any other permission manager

Key features:
- Grade-based drop tables: Each grade declares drop-min/drop-max for every supported ore; drops are randomized between those values every time the ore is mined.
- Fortune-aware boost: Set fortune: true per grade to let Fortune enchantments stack on top of the configured range (the plugin still controls the base range, Fortune simply adds extra bonus items). When fortune: false, drops remain capped exactly to min/max even with Fortune picks.
- Dynamic permissions: Grades register their permissions at runtime so LuckPerms discovers new grades immediately—no need to restart or reload the permission plugin separately.
- Simple reload command: /oreupgrader reload (requires oreupgrader.admin) reloads ore.yml on-the-fly.
- Vanilla-friendly drops: The plugin supports Coal, Iron, Copper, Gold, Diamond, Emerald, Lapis, Redstone, Nether Quartz, and Nether Gold ores and translates them into the appropriate raw drops (e.g., raw iron/raw gold, lapis lazuli, gold nuggets, etc.).
- Built-in stats: bStats (ID 28603) is bundled out of the box so you can monitor usage without extra setup.
- Compatible: Runs on Spigot/Paper 1.19+ (tested on 1.21.1). Designed to be lightweight with no ticking overhead.
- Drop the compiled JAR into plugins/.
- Start the server; ore.yml is created automatically.
- Configure your grades, assign permissions, and let your players mine.

- oreupgrader.ore.* – grants every grade (auto-registered)
- oreupgrader.ore.novice, oreupgrader.ore.apprentice, etc. – grade-specific control
