/lockmoon <phase|number> [world]
→ Starts a repeating task (every 1 second) that prevents the moon phase from changing.
→ Even after several in-game days, the moon stays at the same phase.
/unlockmoon [world]
→ Removes the lock and lets the moon continue its natural cycle.
/randommoon [world]
→ Chooses a random moon phase (0–7) and applies it to the world.
/moonstatus [world]
→ Shows the current moon status (phase number + whether it is locked).
