The
Papa Panda boss can only be spawned in a bamboo forest.
To summon him, build 8 mossy cobble around a chiselled stone, then put a cake in the middle on top of the chiselled stone.

To summon him, build 8 mossy cobble around a chiselled stone, then put a cake in the middle on top of the chiselled stone.

Spoiler: Boss 2: Slime King
The
Slime King boss can only be spawned in a swamp biome.
To summon him, build 8 slime blocks around a diamond block, then right click the diamond block in the middle with an eye of ender.

The
Killer Bunny boss can only be spawned in a desert biome.
To summon him, plant 8 carrot crops around a magma block, then right-click the magma block with 16 golden carrots.

The
Zombie King boss can only be spawned in a plains biome.
To summon him, build 8 soul sand around an emerald block, then click the emerald block in the middle with some brain coral.

The
Wither Skeleton King boss can only be spawned in the Nether.
To summon him, light 8 fires with a flint and steel around a wither skull, then click the skull block in the middle with a magma cream.

The
Demon boss is a bit different from the other tier 2 bosses.
You do not use any shard item, you just need to get a nether star.
However, you can only summon him after all the god tier (Tier 3) bosses have been defeated. To summon him, place 4 redstone around a campfire, then put 4 redstone torches down, one in each corner. Now click the fire with the nether star. Demon can be summoned in any biome.

You do not use any shard item, you just need to get a nether star.
