ChatToggle gives players control over their chat experience by allowing them to toggle chat visibility on and off with a simple command.

Players can easily toggle their chat visibility on or off with a single command: /chattoggle (or /ct for short). When disabled, players won't see regular chat messages from other players, but will still receive important server announcements and command confirmations.

There is currently an unfixable bug regarding people sending messages while being chatmuted and then sending another. Do not use this to "exempt people from seeing chat".
