LauzChat is a lightweight personal messaging plugin for Minecraft that adds three simple commands:
/tell <player> <message>
/msg <player> <message>
/w <player> <message>
Each of these sends a message to the specified player directly, one-on-one. The same command is used for replying. No additional settings or permissions are required - just install and start communicating.
To write in the global chat, place a "!" sign before the message. This message will be published in the global chat and will be visible to all players on the server. The local chat is set to a radius of 64 blocks, and you will be heard within this radius.
