- /cc create <name> <type> - Starts the creation process.
Permission: customcosmetics.create - /cc accept - Finishes building and creates the cosmetic item.
Permission: customcosmetics.create - /cc inv - Opens the cosmetic inventory.
Permission: customcosmetics.inv - /cc reload - Reloads cosmetic definitions from files.
Permission: customcosmetics.admin
