MCPlace - The r/Place Experience in Minecraft

What is r/Place?
r/Place was a unique experiment on Reddit that started on April 1, 2017. It was a collaborative online canvas of 1000x1000 pixels where users could place one pixel every five minutes. The goal was to create artwork through cooperation and competition. Different communities tried to claim parts of the canvas, resulting in a dynamic, colorful pixel art. The project ended after a few days but remains a memorable example of collective digital art.

Steps:

1. Place the plugin in the "plugins" folder and start the server.
   
   
2. Once the config.yml file is generated, configure the MySQL database settings.
   
   
3. Adjust additional settings as needed in the configuration.
   
   
4. Restart the server.
   
   
5. Ensure that the world border is set using the /worldboard command and that the server is prepared for the event (e.g., mob spawning).
   
   
6. Set the spawn point using /place setspawn.
