SwapHunt – Minecraft Runner vs Hunters Swap Challenge [1.13–1.20+]
SwapHunt is a thrilling Minecraft game plugin for PaperMC and Spigot servers, where one Runner and multiple Hunters play a chaotic survival game—but with a twist: every few minutes, the Runner and a random Hunter swap locations, inventories, and statuses, based on the dimension they’re in. It’s intense, strategic, and perfect for multiplayer gameplay and content creation.

️ Core Gameplay

• Runner vs Hunters – One player is assigned as the Runner trying to beat Minecraft, while the others are Hunters trying to stop them.
  
  
• Scheduled Swap Between Runner and a Random Hunter:
  
  • Overworld: 3–7 minutes
    
    
  • Nether: 5–15 minutes
    
    
  • End: 3–7 minutes
    
• Players swap positions, inventories, potion effects, and more.
  
  
• ⏱️ Swap lasts for 15 seconds, then players return to their original bodies.

• Alerts, countdowns, and configurable broadcast messages included.
  

Hunter Tracker Compass

• Hunters receive a special compass that:
  
  • Always points to the Runner
    
    
  • Cannot be dropped
    
    
  • Automatically restored on death
    

Game Over & Victory System

• If the Runner dies → Game Over, fireworks, and a broadcast message
  
  
• If the Runner defeats the Ender Dragon → Victory celebration
  
  
• Properly detects Runner deaths even during active swaps

How to Play

1. Use /runner <player> to assign a Runner.
   
   
2. Start the game with /swaphunt start.
   
   
3. Players are automatically assigned as Hunters.
   
   
4. The Runner and one random Hunter swap every few minutes (based on dimension).
   
   
5. After 15 seconds, they return to their original bodies.
   
   
6. Hunters track the Runner using a live compass.
   
   
7. If the Runner dies → Game Over. If they beat the game → Victory.
