This plugin offers a unique submission system where players can send their ideas and have them reviewed by moderators. Based on their permissions, players can submit a limited number of ideas, with cooldowns applied after approval.

- Command: /idea - Players use this command to submit ideas for review.
Command: /bug - Players use this command to submit bugs for review.
- Permissions:
- feedback.default: Players with this permission can submit 1 feedback. After approval, a cooldown is applied.
- feedback.premium: Players with this permission can submit 3 feedbacks. After approval, a cooldown is applied.
- feedback.admin: Admins have access to a special menu for managing and reviewing all submitted feedback.
- feedback.default: Players with this permission can submit 1 feedback. After approval, a cooldown is applied.
- Cooldown System: After submitting and getting an feedback approved, a cooldown is applied to prevent spamming submissions.
- Admin Menu: Admins can view, approve, and manage all feedbacks submissions through an intuitive menu interface.
