This plugin is based on a feature I had on my server a few years ago, but can't find which plugin it came from. So decided to make a standalone version of this functionality
Commands:

After selecting a world, you get a menu where you can easily change gamerules by clicking the buttons in the menu

Commands:
- /gamerulegui

- Number values, left click to increase and right click to decrease
