- Realistic Pregnancy: a pregnancy lasts 9 Minecraft days (a month for each day!) with real symptoms: morning sickness, tiredness, mood swings and notifications that will make you laugh, worry and run to find a bed.
- Pregnancy test: find out if you're pregnant... but watch out for false alarms!
- Labor with epic notifications: effects, on-screen titles and sounds that will transform the moment into a memorable event.
- Baby Birth: The gender is random (male or female!). You choose the name of the newborn and manage them through your GUI!
- Possibility of twin births: More children, more happiness... or more stress.
