Permissions
- ReportPlus.player_report: Allows players to report other players.
- ReportPlus.report_alert: Receive alerts when a player is reported.
- ReportPlus.list_reports: Access a list of all available reports.
- /report <player>: Report a player using this command.
- /reports: Open a graphical user interface (GUI) to view and manage all reports.
- /reports toggle | Toggle report alerts
- /reports resolve <player> | Resolve a report using a player name
