Sometimes when you make a server (mainly when you use a proxy like BungeeCord), Forge shows an “Incompatible FML modded server” message even if you’re still able to join the server. This can end up confusing some players. My Server Is Compatible Mod is a client-Side mod, which completely disables these messages.
