ASM Fixes Mod (1.7.10) – Prevent Crashes Caused by Potion ID Mismatches

ASM Fixes Mod is a technical stability mod. It does not add new items, mobs, or gameplay features. Its purpose is to improve game stability and reduce unnecessary errors when using multiple mods.

Features:

• Prevent crashes caused by Potion ID mismatches
  • In modded Minecraft, each potion effect uses an internal ID.
  • If the client and server have different mods or load orders, these IDs can become mismatched.
  • This mismatch may cause the client to crash when receiving a potion effect.
  • ASM Fixes prevents the crash and allows the game to continue running.
• Reduce unnecessary console warnings
  • Some mods (such as those using the Numina library) generate repeated warning messages.
  • Example:
    • [WARNING: unlocalizedName is deprecated; please use registryName or itemStackName instead!]
    • These warnings are usually harmless but clutter the log files.
    • ASM Fixes filters or suppresses these messages to keep logs cleaner and easier to read.
