The Rise of Slender Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – This Mod Takes You Back To 2012

The Rise of Slender Mod is a horror-style mod that brings Slender-inspired gameplay into Minecraft. It adds a special biome, new mobs, custom items, and a dedicated Slender gamemode focused on exploration and tension.

    • Main stalker entity of the biome
    • Becomes faster with each collected page
    • After 8+ pages, begins hunting players outside the forest
  • Proxy
    • Minion-type mob linked to Slenderman
    • Can appear after player deaths near Slenderman
    • Hostile but has limited vision range
  • Hoodie
    • Neutral stalker mob
    • May watch or approach the player
    • Runs away if approached too closely
• New materials and items
  • Tainted Wood
    • New wood type from the biome
    • Harder and more durable than normal wood
  • Pages
    • Found at biome landmarks and structures
    • Collecting pages increases danger level
  • Flashlight
    • Craftable light tool
    • Lights the area you are looking at when turned on
    • May cause light glitches near chunk borders
• Structures
  • Custom structures generate inside the Tainted Forest
  • Often contain pages and exploration points
• Sound settings
  • Mod sounds use the Jukebox/Note Block audio channel
  • Lower that slider in Options if sounds are too loud
