Slenderman Ascend Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – Collect Pages, Avoid The Stalker

Slenderman Ascend Mod is a Minecraft horror mod that adds a terrifying Slenderman entity and collectible Pages in forest biomes. Mysterious structures spawn in Dark Oak Forests, Forests, and Taiga Biomes, each hiding one of 8 Pages. As you collect Pages, Slenderman becomes more aggressive and stalks you, using teleportation, static effects, jumpscares, and tentacles to attack or turn players into Proxies.

Features:

• Collect 8 Pages hidden in structures or dropped by mobs
• Page interaction:
  • Interact without sneaking to collect
  • Increases Page Counter and triggers eerie music
  • Inflicts Slender Sickness, allowing Slenderman to appear
  • Once all 8 pages are collected:
    • Counter resets to 0
    • Players within 32 blocks gain 1000 XP
    • Slenderman disappears until a new page is picked up
• Slenderman Behavior:
  • Spawns after first Page is collected
  • Teleports and keeps distance, becoming more aggressive with each Page
  • Looking at him causes static damage and warnings
  • Approaching too closely triggers jumpscare and instant death, turning player into Proxy
  • Slenderman disappears if defeated, Page counter resets
• Proxies:
  • Humans possessed by Slenderman
  • Spawn naturally or when a player dies from Slender Sickness
  • Fast, aggressive, relentless, break into panicked movement when damaged

Gamerule & Page Counter

• Reset or change number of Pages collected: slenderPageCounter 0-8
• Slenderman disappears until a new Page is picked up
