From The Caves Mod adds a creepy monster that stalks you as you play. This mob follows you deep underground and up on the surface, always watching from the dark. It changes its shape and messes with the blocks and animals around you to give you a good scare. The mod uses a phase system, so the monster gets meaner and more dangerous based on your actions in the game. You get new items like crosses and holy water to fight back and survive the horror. Warning: This mod has flashing lights, but you can turn them off anytime with the command /fromthecaves photosensitiveMode.
