DragN’s Livestock Overhaul Mod transforms regular farm animals into detailed new versions. It gives cows, pigs, horses, and other mobs brand new shapes, colors, and genetic traits. This mod also adds genders to animals, which changes how they breed and what items they drop. You can collect new foods like cheese and different cuts of meat, or craft better armor and blankets for your mounts. An in-game guide book is included to help you learn all the new farming rules and animal behaviors.

Features:

Full Animal Makeover: This mod changes normal farm animals into detailed models with brand new textures, colors, and patterns.
Animal Genetics and Genders: Farm mobs now have genders that change how they breed and what items they drop.
It automatically updates all vanilla animals in your world so they spawn with random looks.
Adds an in-game guide book that explains animal care, mount controls, and new crafting recipes.
Lets you put armor on donkeys and mules to keep them safe from danger.
Gives horses the ability to carry chests for extra storage on long trips.
Brings a brand new Netherite Horse Armor to protect your best mounts.
You can tie your horses, mules, and donkeys to the ground when they wear a saddle and a carpet blanket.
Adds fun emotes for your mounts so they can bow or do a little dance.

New Food and Items:

Drops new cuts of meat when you hunt or farm animals.
Adds fresh cheese made from cows, sheep, and llamas.
Lets you collect fish oil from ocean mobs.

Overhauled Mobs:

Updates farm animals like cows, pigs, sheep, rabbits, and bees with new models and wild variants like boars.
Improves mounts including horses, donkeys, mules, camels, and undead horses with better looks and new skills.
Changes llamas, goats, cod, and salmon to match the new detailed art style.
