Features:
- Reduces lag caused by mob spawners scanning for players and spawn locations.
- Adds a deadlock timer to spawners to stop spawning logic when not in use.
- Works in single player but has greatest impact on servers.
- Supports redstone-controlled spawners for mob farms.
How to Use:
- For Minecraft 1.18:
- Place a redstone signal ≥ 8 on top of a spawner (powered redstone dust, torch, or block) to activate it.
- Recommended:
redstone dust + leverfor minimal light and space.
- For Minecraft 1.19:
- Apply a redstone signal ≥ 8 to the spawner (lever on side, torch below, etc.) to activate it.
- Recommended:
leverfor 0 light and compact setup.
This allows you to still use mob farms while keeping unused spawners inactive.
Configs:
- Server-side only. Clients do not need this mod.
- Deadlock timer can be configured in the server config file.
- Default timer: 1 Minecraft day (
24000 ticks).
