But the same cannot be said for netherite gear. If a piece of netherite gear reaches a lower point of durability and is about to break, your only option is to repair it. But the cost of repairing an item increases exponentially, and eventually the piece of gear becomes too expensive to be repaired. With Netherite Recycling Mod installed, you now have the option to smelt the netherite gear in a regular or blast furnace to retain some of the scraps.

- Allows you to recycle netherite tools, weapons and armor.
- Tools with lower durability can be smelted to obtain some scrap.
