Cobblemon SirDoof Mod (1.21.1, 1.21) – Cosmetic Bidoof Variant

Cobblemon SirDoof Mod adds a small chance for a captured Bidoof to transform into Sirdoof, using a default 1/30 probability. The change is purely cosmetic and does not affect stats.
