Snowmancy Mod adds a helpful snowman companion to Minecraft. He’ll walk with you, defend you, and lift your spirits along the way. You can summon him using a special block-but only in a snowy biome. He’s not fond of heat, so it’s best to keep him in cold environments (if crafted from reinforced ice, he’ll become much more durable).

You can equip your snowman with any weapon or armor. While they’re generally loyal, these frosty friends can be a bit independent-sometimes wandering off. Fortunately, you can carry them in your inventory and spawn them when needed (especially handy during combat).

Features:

Craft a Snowman Builder block to assemble snowmen. It requires three snow blocks, a carrot, and coal, and only functions in cold biomes (e.g., snowy biomes) unless evercold ice is used. A GUI displays if the biome is unsuitable.
The Snowman Builder GUI allows players to customize snowmen by placing items in slots representing the snowman’s body and face. Players can equip snowmen with weapons (e.g., snowballs or a sword for higher damage) or armor for enhanced durability. Once built, snowmen cannot be modified.
To complete a snowman, throw eight snowballs at the Snowman Builder while sneaking to avoid opening the GUI. A progress bar and audio cue signal completion. The crafted “frozen snowman” item shows its stats in the tooltip.
Snowmen don’t follow players like pets but stay in place and fight nearby enemies. They can be picked up by shift-right-clicking or killing them for reuse. Standard snowmen lose health in warm biomes, but those made with evercold ice are more resilient.
Snowmen can be upgraded with compacted ice for greater durability, making them viable in varied environments. They can wield a range of weapons, from snowballs to lethal bows, offering combat versatility.
