Better Beekeeping Mod introduces some new features that will make dealing with bees and beehives more convenient. The mod introduces three new features – Bee Smoker, Beehive variants, and Flavored honey. The bee smoker can be used instead of a campfire to smoke beehives. It can be turned on and off, and therefore is a lot more convenient to use. The mod also makes it so that the texture of a beehive will reflect the wooden variant used to craft it. The mod also introduces several flavored honey variants into the game, depending on the flower from which bees gathered nectar.

Features:

Flavored honey, their nectar flower and effects as noted by the developer:
Cool Honey comes from Blue Orchids, Dandelions, Peonies and Pitcher Plants and cures hunger.
Warm Honey comes from Tulips and Roses and cures Weakness.
Lively Honey comes from Oxeye Daisies, Lily of the Valley and Pink Petals and grants Regeneration.
Spicy Honey comes from Cornflowers, Allium and Lilacs and cures Slowness.
Bright Honey comes from Azure Bluets, Poppies, Sunflowers and Torch flowers and cures Blindness.
Strange Honey comes from Wither Roses and cures Wither.
