Tool And Placement Tweaks Mod allows you to tweak some related to how blocks are placed and broken. The mod basically essentially allows you to enable hardness and durability of a block. The hardness of a block determines how long it will take to break the block, whereas the durability determines how much durability points a tool will use up upon breaking the said block. The mod also enables hunger and exhaustion costs for block breaking or placing. You can configure how much hunger or exhaustion is subtracted or added. The speed taken to break certain blocks can also be modified.
