Milky Way Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Time to Build a Proper Dairy Farm

Milky Way Mod stops you from getting infinite milk from a single cow. This mod adds a cooldown, so you can only milk cows or get mushroom stew from mooshrooms a few times each day. If you try to use a mob that isn’t ready, you will see special particles indicating it’s still on cooldown. This system encourages you to build larger farms or find alternative food sources.

Features:

• Adds a waiting period after you milk a cow or get mushroom stew from a mooshroom. You can no longer farm them instantly.
• Shows a special particle effect above a mob when it is not ready to be farmed again.
• You can change how long the waiting period is for different mobs in the configuration files.
• The cooldown system works with buckets, bowls, and bottles.
• Uses a tag system to decide which mobs can be milked and which ones should have a longer cooldown.
• Works with new types of buckets added by other mods.
• If you use the Cobblemon mod, Miltank will also get a milking cooldown.
