Diamond In The Rough Mod introduces a very interesting mechanic into the game. If you have fought the Ender dragon, you might have noticed the dragon shooting fireballs at you. With this mod installed, a dragon’s fireball will convert obsidian into a new type of diamond ore upon hitting. This new ore is an obsidian variation of the diamond ore. The texture of the ore itself is that of obsidian with diamond smudges on it. This block will have the mixed properties of an obsidian block and that of a diamond ore block.
