In the vanilla game, each time you enchant a tool in an anvil, the game increases the experience levels required to perform upgrades. Once this level requirement crosses 40, the anvil restricts any more enchanting on the tool, even if you have a lot of experience. As the name suggests, Bypass Anvil Restriction Mod removes this restriction. With this mod installed, you will be able to enchant your tools infinitely.
