The Splash Milk Mod is a mod that allows us to use the throwable potion format with milk. As you know, when our character has active potion effects or altered states, these can only be removed by drinking milk. With this mod installed, you can craft milk bottles that can be thrown at entities that cannot drink milk by themselves or other players who need it. These throwable milk bottles are thrown and act in the same way as throwable potions. Like other throwable potions, the throwable milk bottle will cause an area effect. If the player or entity is within the area of effect of the throwable milk bottle, all active potion effects or altered states will be removed. It’s that simple.
